Open innovation applied to customer enablement at scale

Olos needed to train customers, partners and technical teams on a complex solution — without depending on schedules, rooms and instructors. With Beedoo, knowledge left the in-person meeting and became a structured, certified and repeatable journey.

Before Beedoo
8h per person

Of initial in-person training for each participant, packing basic content into a single long session.

After Beedoo
Hybrid journey

The online track builds a common base. Live sessions are now for questions, practice and real scenarios.

The challenge

How do you scale technical knowledge without losing quality?

In large operations the bottleneck is rarely a lack of content. It's the dependency on people: the expert who has to repeat the same explanation, the group that only moves forward when there's a schedule, the support team absorbing questions that should never reach them.

Olos lived this with customers, partners and employees. The in-person model worked — but it didn't scale, didn't standardize and consumed expert time with the basics.

Enable the whole ecosystem, not just the internal team

Customers, partners and end users need to operate the solution autonomously. If enablement stops at the internal team, adoption stops with it.

What was built

A learning track designed in the order people actually learn

Olos structured the Olos First Certificate inside Beedoo. Four steps, in this sequence — each one solving what the previous one prepared.

Step 01

Short content

Videos and e-books organized in modules, made to be consumed at working pace.

Step 02

Learning track

An online journey that builds a common knowledge base before any meeting.

Step 03

Hands-on assessment

A simulation of the real Olos platform. It validates application, not just content consumption.

Step 04

Live session

Reserved for specific questions, best practices and real day-to-day scenarios.

The shift in approach

Traditional

Concentrated in-person training, schedule-dependent, with a large volume of basic content in a single interaction.

Practiced here

A hybrid, online and scalable track that frees experts to go deeper into real cases.

Why this is open innovation

Olos reinterpreted Beedoo beyond internal enablement: it turned the platform into enablement infrastructure for its own customer ecosystem. The technology evolved from the partner's context — and created a new use case repeatable in any B2B operation.

8h/person → hybrid
Delivery format (before → after Beedoo)

In-person sessions stopped carrying the basics and became deep dives.

When the basics were learned beforehand, live time is worth much more.

Autonomy

Significant drop in basic operational questions. Customers arrive with a consolidated knowledge base.

Efficiency

Lower volume of system support tickets — the technical team goes back to solving technical problems.

Confidence

Teams confident to serve customers and propose solutions, with standardized speech and practice.

Collaboration

More than a project, a partnership

Olos brought the real challenge and the business knowledge. Beedoo brought platform, method and structure to turn that into learning at scale.

Where this repeats

The same model, other operations

The design is repeatable in any operation that needs to train many people on something complex — inside and outside the company.

Scale factors

  • Modular, reusable content.
  • Online track before live contact.
  • Hands-on assessment tied to real usage.
  • Adoption and completion tracking.

Where to start

  • Map recurring questions before designing the track.
  • Remove from in-person the basic content that takes the most time.
  • Measure completion, autonomy, tickets and feedback.
