Part 2 — Website Privacy Policy
This policy applies exclusively to the beedoo.com.br website (institutional pages, forms, downloadable materials and the virtual assistant) and describes how we handle visitors' personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers only browsing and interactions on the beedoo.com.br website. Data processing inside the Beedoo platform (the environment used by clients and their employees) is not covered here: in that case the contracting company is the data controller and Beedoo acts as processor, under the agreement and the respective data processing terms signed between the parties.
2. Data we collect on the website
(a) Data you voluntarily provide in contact forms, demo bookings, material downloads and the virtual assistant: name, corporate email, phone, company, job title, team size and the message you send. (b) Technical and browsing data collected automatically: IP address (anonymized in measurement tools), device and browser type, language, pages visited, traffic source and cookie identifiers.
3. How we use this data
We use website data to answer requests and schedule demos, deliver requested materials, keep commercial contact when you authorize it, measure audience and improve content, protect the site from abuse (rate limiting and fraud prevention) and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use website data for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Legal bases
We process data based on consent (analytics and marketing cookies, marketing communications), pre-contractual steps taken at your request (commercial contact and demos), legitimate interest (site security and experience improvement, always assessed and open to objection) and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
5. Sharing and third-party tools
To run the website we rely on providers that may process data on our behalf, always under contract and with data protection clauses: hosting and CDN, Pipedrive (CRM and booking forms), Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement with anonymized IP), Hotjar (anonymized browsing behavior) and email providers. We may also share data when required by a competent authority or to exercise our rights.
6. Cookies
We use three cookie categories. (a) Essential: selected language, assistant session and the record of your cookie preference — required for the site to work, kept for up to 12 months. (b) Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP, to measure audience and improve content. (c) Marketing: the demo booking form (Pipedrive) and campaign measurement. Analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled after you consent through the banner shown on your first visit. You can review or withdraw that consent at any time via the “Cookies” link in the site footer, with no impact on browsing.
7. Security and retention
We adopt technical and administrative controls proportional to risk: encrypted traffic (HTTPS), restricted access to contact information, monitoring and an incident response plan. We keep contact data for the duration of the commercial relationship and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer legal term applies; browsing data follows each cookie's lifetime. After those periods, data is anonymized or deleted.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and material changes will be signaled on the site itself.
9. Your rights (LGPD)
Regarding data processed through this website, you may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, anonymization, blocking or deletion, as well as withdraw consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@beedoo.com.br.
10. Contact

Part 3 — Cookies and consent management
