How is Beedoo priced?+
In three parts: the platform, charged per active employee and already including every feature; the Power Apps, which have their own price and are activated as needed; and the AI modules, also priced per module. You contract the platform and add Power Apps and AI only if you want them.
What does the platform already include?+
Communication (feed, channels and messages), knowledge base (wiki, articles and workflow), training/LMS (courses, learning paths and tests with certification), gamification (points, store, levels and badges), management and analytics, administration (permissions, multi-language, security and customization), desktop and mobile access, plus onboarding, training and support. There is no reduced version: every feature comes in the same package.
What is contracted separately?+
The Power Apps — including the add-on modules Indicators Dashboard and BeeFiles, which are priced separately on request — and the AI modules (Bee.AI, Beedoo Studio, WikiLab, Beebot Navigator and Beedoo Insights). They can be activated at any time, with no plan change. A dedicated CS team depends on the contracted plan.
Does the price drop as users grow?+
Yes. Per-person tiers are progressive: the more active employees, the lower the price per person. The tier is applied automatically based on the contracted volume.
Is there a discount for annual payment?+
Yes. Annual contracts get a discount, and it applies to the platform, the Power Apps and the AI modules.
Why aren't prices published?+
Because they depend on the size of the operation and the chosen scope (number of active employees, Power Apps and AI modules). That is why every quote is tailored.
